Great Divide Mountain Bike Route
The Great Divide Mountain Bike Route is one of the longest off-pavement cycling routes in the world — roughly 2,700 miles closely following the Continental Divide from Banff, Canada to the US-Mexico border at Antelope Wells, NM. Most riders go north to south or tackle it in sections over multiple years.

What's the route like? 70% dirt and gravel, 25% paved, 5% technical trails. Everything from gnarly single track, rugged four wheel drive trails, dirt and gravel Forest Service, BLM and county roads, and paved rural roads, bike paths, and highways.
